Roberto was born in Venezuela and grew up in southern Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a double major in economics and finance and is a member of the International Corrections and Prison Association. After years in the industry, he has extensive experience providing solutions to correctional and commercial properties that save water, maintenance time, and funds. He lives in Orlando, Florida and enjoys traveling the world to experience cultures and languages with his wife and family. He is also fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian and can also understand several other languages as well.

Kris has over 14 years of experience in the correctional plumbing industry and over 25 years of total sales experience. Throughout his teen years he worked for his family’s business. He has lived in Indiana his entire life and enjoys sports, traveling, and the outdoors.

Kyle attended Georgia Southern University, graduating with a bachelor's degree in public relations and began his career in the sports and media industry, focused on sales and marketing. He has developed numerous water and maintenance cost-reduction projects at correctional facilities across the country and takes pride in finding the best solution to fit each facility's individual needs. He lives in his hometown of Plant City, Florida and is an avid outdoorsman. When not at a Gator football game, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and the outdoor lifestyle with his family and Alberta, his dog named after the Florida Gators mascot. Go Gators!

Brian was born and raised in Garland, Texas and has an extensive sales and entrepreneurial background. During his tenure at I-CON he has worked diligently to meet the needs of his customers. He enjoys running triathlons, mud runs, and Spartan Races as well as traveling, camping, and spending time with his family.
