IF TOILET DOES NOT FLUSH

  1. Verify water is turned on.
  2. Check that metering knob is not in the closed position.
  3. Ensure proper operation of the associated sensor, controller, and solenoid.
  4. If toilet will still not flush, contact support.

IF TOILET FLUSHES CONTINUOUSLY

  1. Make sure bypass lever on solenoid valve is in OFF position. Turn clockwise until snug.
  2. 24 VAC Solenoids: Unplug solenoid from controller. If water flow continues, troubleshoot solenoid. If water flow stops, contact support.
  3. Battery Solenoids: Turn controller power off for 10 sections and then turn power back on again. If there is any fluctuation in water flow, troubleshoot solenoid.
  4. Remove flush valve sealing gasket and seat seal assembly. Check for foreign material and/or defects. If parts are worn or damaged, install a complete rebuild kit (see instructions). Turn water supply back on.
